Deliveries to all EU countries

We ship to customers in EU countries. All orders below 150 EURO shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We strive to make the checkout process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays.

All orders above 150 EURO will be sent "Delivered Duties paid" (DDP) as they are already built into the sale price. DDP is where the sender (me) pays all customs, duties and fees before sending goods to the recipient (you) in an EU country. This is a much better option for the recipient, as it avoids them encountering any nasty surprise charges. This also leads to quicker processing at customs.

Returns

We do hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not please do get in touch immediately.

We do accept returns on works as potential damage may happen during it's transit back to us; this would prevent the artwork from being resold as prints are dispatched from us in pristine condition.

If your item arrives in a faulty condition then please do get in touch by email and if possible please provide images of the damage. We will endeavour to replace / refund your item as quickly as possible.

We will refund original shipping costs if a print is returned due to being faulty.. 

When sending an item back to us we thoroughly recommend using a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your return shipment and be ensured that it has definitely returned safely to us.
