The calm before the norm

All works are sold unframed unless otherwise described. They are posted in extra strong postal tubes / boxes to ensure safe transit.

 Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders with 1-3 working days.

Shipping within the UK is either by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (for small parcel size works) or Parcelforce tracked (for larger pieces),

Shipping outside the UK can take any time from 3 days up to two weeks. Tracking information will be supplied to the customer once the order has dispatched.

Duties and Taxes

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK, it will be subject to duties and import taxes, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. This will either be billed at checkout or will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country. This varies from country to country.

Returns

We do hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not please do get in touch immediately.

We do accept returns on works as potential damage may happen during it's transit back to us; this would prevent the artwork from being resold as prints are dispatched from us in pristine condition.

If your item arrives in a faulty condition then please do get in touch by email and if possible please provide images of the damage. We will endeavour to replace / refund your item as quickly as possible.

We will refund original shipping costs if a print is returned due to being faulty.. 

When sending an item back to us we thoroughly recommend using a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your return shipment and be ensured that it has definitely returned safely to us.
